Some main API Benefits

Data can be read and written to the EKM Insight system using the API which includes data on device assets, meters, consumables and alerts.

Resellers can setup access and control access rights for customers to use the API, allowing customers to directly integrate into ERP, CRM, Service Management Systems, Helpdesk and procurement systems as required.

The API allows automation of meters into billing systems and consumables into backend billing and ordering systems. It is also possible using the EKM Insight API to write data back to EKM Insight from these systems to create a fully closed loop system.

Custom integrations are also possible if required and on demand. Some of these (such as SAP integration) can allow consumable ordering including displaying stock levels & pricing to be directly performed from EKM Insight.
